Shipping policy

 

Orders over $80 with standard delivery will be delivered for FREE. 

Your order can take up to 2 business days to be dispatched. Once dispatched, Orders can take from 2-10 business days and perhaps longer due to COVID.

Please note: Teddy Alexander will not be held liable should your parcel go missing and we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please note the number will not be traceable for at least 4 hours.

If your order has not arrived within the allotted time or if there is a problem with your order, please contact us at admin@teddyalexander.com

Outside Australia

Teddy Alexander charges a flat rate for standard delivery to the rest of the world. This will be calculated at checkout.

Once dispatched, standard orders can take up to 18 business days depending on your location.

Teddy Alexander will not be held liable should your parcel go missing and we will not be able to offer a refund or replacement for your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. You able to track your order using your tracking number sent via email. When you receive your tracking number please allow up to 4 hours for the number to become valid and trackable.
